30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee

We are confident that TXPD courses deliver professional development at a level worthy of your credentials. If you are not satisfied with an individual course purchase, you may request a full refund within 30 days of purchase, no questions asked.

Individual Course Purchases

• Full refund available within 30 days of purchase, regardless of course completion status.
• If a CEU certificate has been issued for the course, the certificate will be revoked upon refund. You will be notified of this before the refund is processed.
• Refund requests after 30 days will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
• Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5-10 business days.

Annual Subscriptions

• Full refund available within the first 30 days of your subscription.
• After 30 days, you may cancel at any time. You will retain access for the remainder of your billing period but will not receive a partial refund.
• If you have completed fewer than 2 courses and request cancellation within 60 days, we will offer a prorated refund.
• Annual subscriptions auto-renew. You will receive a reminder email 14 days before renewal. Cancel before the renewal date to avoid charges.

District Licenses

• District license refunds are governed by the terms of the individual district agreement.
• Standard district terms include a 30-day evaluation period with full refund option.
• Districts paying by purchase order should refer to their contract for specific refund terms.

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, email support@aimeducate.com with your account email and a brief reason for the request. We aim to process all refund requests within 2 business days.

Chargebacks

We encourage you to contact us directly before initiating a chargeback with your bank. We are committed to resolving any concerns promptly. Unwarranted chargebacks may result in account suspension pending investigation.
