By accessing or using the Texas Professional Development Institute ("TXPD") platform operated by AIM Educational Services ("we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.

2. Description of Service

TXPD provides AI-powered professional development courses for licensed special education practitioners. Courses are designed to meet continuing education unit (CEU) requirements for organizations including NASP, ASHA, TSHA, and TEA.

3. User Accounts

You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access. District accounts are managed by authorized district administrators.

4. Payments and Refunds

Individual courses are priced per course. Annual subscriptions are billed yearly. District licenses are billed per seat per year. All payments are processed securely through Stripe. We offer a 30-day satisfaction guarantee. If you are not satisfied with a course, contact support within 30 days of purchase for a full refund. Subscription refunds are prorated.

5. CEU Certificates

CEU certificates are issued upon successful course completion, including passing all required assessments. Certificates include a unique verification number. AIM Educational Services holds NASP and TSHA approval for issuing continuing education credits. Certificate validity is subject to the approving organization's current policies.

6. Intellectual Property

All course content, including AI-generated materials, audio narrations, and visual assets, is the property of AIM Educational Services. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from course content without written permission. You retain ownership of any original content you submit (discussion posts, reflections).

7. AI-Generated Content Disclaimer

Course content is generated with AI assistance and reviewed by qualified professionals. While we strive for accuracy, AI-generated content may contain errors. Content is for educational purposes only and does not constitute medical, legal, or therapeutic advice. Always apply professional judgment in clinical practice.

8. Limitation of Liability

TXPD is provided "as is." We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Texas.
